What is your standard shipping policy?
We offer standard ground shipping across North America. Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. Oversized fixtures may require specialized freight handling.
Can I return a lighting fixture if it doesn't fit my space?
Yes, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original packaging and have not been installed. Please note that custom orders and final sale items are non-refundable.
Do your fixtures come with light bulbs included?
Most of our decorative fixtures do not include bulbs unless specified in the product description. This allows you to choose the Kelvin temperature and brightness that best suits your environment.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your package upon arrival. If you notice any damage, contact our customer service team within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item to initiate a replacement claim.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All products carry a minimum one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Some premium brands offer extended warranties on LED components and finishes.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation services, we provide detailed specification sheets for all products to assist your licensed electrician in a seamless setup.
